This page describes the methods by which this site is managed with reference to the processing of the personal data of the users that visit it.

PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING AND COMMUNICATION
The processing related to the web services of this site shall take place at the registered office of the company and shall be entrusted to personnel that is authorised for processing. The data may also be processed by third-party companies who, on our behalf, handle the management of online sales and/or IT administration (including hosting) of the site and/or the management of other activities related to this website’s services; said companies may or may not be established in the European Union and they guarantee an adequate level of data protection.
The data, which will not be disseminated, may also be communicated to other companies of the Ma-Fra S.p.A. group, also not established in the European Union, that guarantee an adequate level of data protection.
TYPES OF DATA BEING PROCESSED
Navigation data
The IT systems and software procedures that allow the operation of this website acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data which is inherently transmitted through the use of Internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected to be associated to identified data subjects but which, by its very nature, could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow the identification of users.
This category of data includes IP addresses or the domain names of the computers used by the users to access the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file received in reply, the numerical code showing the status of the reply given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the user’s operating system and IT environment.
These data are used only in order to retrieve anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and in order to control its smooth operation and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used for ascertaining liability in case of computer crimes against the website: currently, with the exception of this case, web contact data do not remain for more than seven days.
Data provided willingly by the user
The optional, explicit and willing sending of e-mails to the addresses mentioned on this website results in the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, which is necessary in order for a reply to be sent, as well as any other personal data contained in the message.

You are guaranteed the right to the portability of the data and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
